If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.
🔁 Return Policy:
⏳ If any Refunds are approved, the refund will be credited on your original payment within 5 to 7 business days.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please share your order number, product photo, and reason for return via WhatsApp or email.
❌ Non-returnable Items:
Custom-made furniture
Discounted or clearance sale items
Used or damaged products
Products not returned in original packaging
🔄 Damaged Product Replacement:
In case your product arrives damaged:
You must send clear photos or a video of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will review it and initiate a replacement or refund process as per the situation.
- If any damaged / defective/ exchanged / returned / replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
💰 Refund Policy:
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (bank account or UPI).
If any Refunds are approved, the refund will be credited on your original payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🚚 Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
Our team will share the return address once the return is approved.
