🚚 Shipping Policy

✅ 1. Delivery Time

Our goal is to deliver all orders within 5–7 working days. However, some custom or larger furniture products may take 10–15 days for delivery.

✅ 2. Shipping Charges

Delivery is free on all orders all over India — for both COD (30% advance + balance on delivery) and prepaid orders. There are no extra delivery charges.

✅ 3. Delivery Locations

We deliver to most pin codes across India. Delivery may not be available in some remote areas.

✅ 4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or Email, allowing you to track your order’s location.

✅ 5. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to festivals, weather conditions, or traffic issues. In such cases, we will keep you updated regularly.

✅ 6. Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged, defective or is the wrong item, please share clear photos/video on WhatsApp (+91 93520 60689) within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or repair it free of cost. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
