🚚 Shipping Policy

✅ 1. Delivery Time

Our goal is to deliver all orders within 3–7 business days. However, some custom or larger furniture products may take 10–15 days for delivery.

✅ 2. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on most of our products. However, additional charges may apply for specific locations or for bulky/heavy items, which will be shown on the checkout page.

✅ 3. Delivery Locations

We deliver to most pin codes across India. Delivery may not be available in some remote areas.

✅ 4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or Email, allowing you to track your order’s location.

✅ 5. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to festivals, weather conditions, or traffic issues. In such cases, we will keep you updated regularly.

✅ 6. Damaged During Shipping

If your product is damaged during delivery, please send us photos/videos within 24 hours. We will initiate the replacement or refund process.
